This area deals not only engineering firms and construction companies, but any person or entity who hires these firms and companies to build, test, or install something for them, from home owners, to private businesses, to local, state and federal agencies.  Furthermore, this area deals with sureties, which are companies that issue documents called “bonds” to protect owners against a substantial breach of contract by the engineers and constractors that they hire to build or fix something.

GWL can prepare agreements for engineering and construction companies, government agencies, or sureties.  GWL litigates matters involving engineering or construction projects as well.

No case is too small (e.g., work on your home) or too large (e.g., a large municipal project) for GWL to handle.
